This training will equip pharmaceutical sector professionals with the expertise to transition from paper-based to digital systems in production and quality control, strengthening data integrity, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance. Aligned with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), data governance, and evolving inspector expectations, the training blends technical insights with practical application to prepare SMEs for digital transformation and future innovation opportunities. Participants will explore AI-driven analytics and learn to design KPI and analytics boards for their operations. Training sessions will be paired with practical workshops, and complemented by a panel discussion with industry experts. Through interactive exercises and real-world examples, attendees will gain the tools and confidence to implement effective digital systems that meet operational and compliance needs.

The training sessions will have for objectives to:

• Support SPIL member companies to move from paper records to affordable electronic systems in production and quality control.
• Embed data integrity concepts that satisfy GMP and inspector expectations.
• Introduce practical AI enabled tools that assist with traceability, decision support and batch release.
• Provide regulatory and policy insights aligned with GMP expectations.
